Key Holding & Monitoring Services
OHEAP Fire & Security offers a comprehensive key holding service, provided by ACS-accredited security experts, to accompany our monitoring service. This means you can have your fire and/or your security alarm system monitored by us, and if there’s a trigger, we can respond for you.
Having a third party operate a key holding service for you ensures your premises remain secure at all times. Responding to alarms during the night is stressful, and potentially dangerous, and can affect staff performance due to a lack of sleep. Our 24-hour alarm response and key holding service eliminates this risk. So, whether you have a fire alarm or security system that you need to be able to respond to, our key holding service means you can without endangering your staff or business.
What We Offer
Key Holding Service
We tailor service plans to meet your specific needs, and all keys are stored in a high-security fire safe. Our patrol vans are specially adapted for secure key transportation, and address details are never stored with your keys. Only authorised control centre staff can access your information. Our computer systems are secured with 256-bit industry-leading security.
A full email will be emailed to you within an hour of the callout, so you know exactly what has happened and who attended. This can be automatically sent you anyone, even your insurance company or your alarm maintenance company.

Monitoring Service
OHEAP Fire & Security offer a full 24/7 monitoring service for fire alarm or security systems in any building or premises.
Our control room can monitor your alarm system, and if there’s a trigger, we will alert your nominated keyholder. The emergency services are unlikely to attend unless there is someone on-site to confirm there is a fire emergency or security breach.
Whether you have a building that is unoccupied, a high-risk environment such as a care home or hospital, or a business building you want to protect, our monitoring services can help.
Combine our monitoring service with our keyholder service for a complete, wraparound service, leaving you and your staff to focus on the day job.
