Frequently Asked Questions

How Do I Get My Logo On Work Clothing?

Using logo digitisation is an extremely complex process. OHEAP has been supplying this service for over 30 years. We have a 1st class reputation for providing a high-quality and efficient embroidery design and printing service to its customers.

Embroidery machines are not capable of reading the same files that a computer can. Often customers will submit a JPG or PNG file of their company logo. If the artwork is good quality, we are able to use that artwork and convert it into a DST embroidery file.

Can You Embroider Specialist Garments?

Heat seal is the process of creating a vinyl design and applying the transfer using a heat press. When permanently sealing your design to a waterproof or high visibility garment, there is no better option than heat seal. Highly durable, a heat seal can be applied to a variety of cotton or polycotton clothing items as well as synthetic clothing and protective clothing.

Should you require a full colour or single colour company name or logo on the back of your high visibility garments, we can cater for all your needs.

Can We Use Standard Embroidery Services On Waterproof Garments?

The permeability of a waterproof garment will be affected with standard embroidery services as thousands of small holes are punched into the clothing item. This will allow liquids to pass through and therefore affect the waterproofing qualities. Instead we would recommend Heat Sealing your garments.
